The deadline for submissions to ANIFILM, International Festival of Animated Films 2016, is approaching! Only two months leave to submit your films made after January 1st 2015 to following categories:  

BRATISLAVA: The Slovak film industry is seeing the results of governmental film investment initiatives, on both the domestic and the international landscape, while expanding distribution support.

WARSAW: Kino Polska TV, part of the media group SPI International is acquiring a 49 percent stake in Cable Television Network & Partners which is developing news channel Zoon TV.

CEE films are the focus of the Kasseler Dok Fest, running through 15 November 2015.

Less than three weeks left to apply for upcoming EAST DOC PLATFORM in Prague (7 - 13 March, 2016).

The 13th Zagreb Film Festival (November 14-22) kicks off this Saturday night with the screening of Grímur Hákonarson's Rams. The Cannes Un Certain Regard Award and nominee for European Film 2015 at the EFAs is among 12 other films in the competition for Golden Pram for Best Feature Film and €4,000. In attendance at the screening will be the Rams film crew - director Grímur Hákonarson and lead actors Sigurður Sigurjónsson and Theodór Júlíusson.

PRAGUE: Chinese TV series Last Visa will complete shooting in the Czech Republic at the end of November 2015.
