OLSZTYN: The new regional film fund for Warmia and Mazury offers 115,500 EUR / 500,000 PLN of funding for film productions that will promote the region and its film professionals.

BERLIN: Producers of The Adventures of the Mathematician directed by Thorsten Klein announced during the 67th Berlinale IFF, that the leading role of prominent Polish mathematician Stanislaw Ulam will be played by Polish actor Jakub Gierszał.

WARSAW: CANAL+ will be the first official private broadcaster for the Polish Film Awards Polish Eagles, which has its 19th gala edition on 20 March 2017. CANAL+ stepped in after TVP did not express an interest in presenting the event exclusively.
