Hannu Pro Bulgaria (www.hannu-pro.com) will construct three multiplexes. Hannu Pro also operates companies in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

The only other company to be considered in the final round was Adepto. Other bidders included Interactive Media Services, Techno Entertainment, Bulgarian Telecommunications Company, and Austria's Oesterreichischer Rundfunksende (ORS).

The Austrian bidder ORS has said it will appeal the decision. Two other bidders are also said to be considering an appeal.
