For the second edition of the workshop, filmmakers from low production capacity countries could apply with animated projects of any format (short, TV, features, hybrid) in development. The call was also open to a limited number of participants without projects, and representatives of the industry and public institutions.

In total, 12 teams with animated projects (4 features films, 5 short films, 3 TV series) and 6 professionals from 14 countries were chosen to participate. The programme consists of three workshops, each lasting 6 days and taking place at a different location: 29 November – 5 December 2019 in Ljubljana, Slovenia; 16 – 21 March 2020 in Tallinn, Estonia; and 4 – 9 May 2020 in Třeboň, Czech Republic.
