Producers Workshop B'EST Call for Projects 2015

TALLINN: The fourth edition of Baltic Bridge East by West (B'EST) is calling for 12 participants to take part in the event. Seven of the selected projects will be from the European Union and three from the CIS countries - Georgia and Ukraine.

The workshop will offer training, including script development help, information about financing in Europe, legal aspects, marketing strategies, follow-up sessions and finally a presentation of projects with an audience of coproducers, distributors and sales agents.

B’EST consists of two workshops, which will take place on 7-11 September in St. Petersburg and 15-18 November in Tallinn, within the framework of Baltic Event, where one of the participants' projects will be honoured by the P.O.V. development fund. The deadline for submissions is 15 June 2015 and the selection will be published by the end of July 2015.

The workshop is organised in cooperation with EAVE and with support from the Creative Europe MEDIA Programme.
