TALLINN: FNE correspondent and film critic Alexander Gabelia spoke to Volia Chajkouskaya, Tallinn based Belarusian producer and filmmaker. Volia is the founder and programme director of the Northern Lights Nordic Baltic Film Festival.
The festival, focusing on Northern European and Baltic fictions and documentaries, has a developed industry platform and a wide range of side events.
In 2016, Volia established the Belarusian-Estonian production company Volia Films.
