The budget of TVP Polonia for 2015 is the same as in 2014. The funding will be spent both on the station's programming as well as market and ratings research. The information will be used to prepare a new, fresh programme offer for Polish viewers abroad. TVP Polonia was created in 1992 and is currently available in Europe, South and North America as well as in Australia. The station is also available in Poland. The station has a 0.56% share of the overall Polish TV market.
WARSAW: TVP Polonia the public channel for Poles abroad will receive 11.3 m PLN in public funding for 2015 according to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
