Diagnosis will follow Anna (Maja Ostaszewska), who survives a car crash but struggles with memory loss. The doctors at the Silesia hospital try to help her recovering the memories and the life she led before the accident. The cast includes Maciej Zakościelny, Adam Woronowicz and Magdalena Popławska.

TVN commissioned 13 episodes of 40 minutes each. Dorota Kośmicka-Gacke is producing through her company DGA Studio. Shooting took place in Warsaw and Rybnik in May - June 2017.  The final budget has not been announced yet. TVN Media signed a contract with the city Rybnik for 86,953 EUR / 370,000 PLN for city promotion and product placement of the region.
