Young Horizons Industry Opens New Chapter and Announces Official Selection 2023

    WARSAW: The 7th edition of Young Horizons Industry (former Kids Kino Industry) will showcase 26 projects from 4 to 6 October 2023. The international coproduction forum will be held on-site in Warsaw and online, within the Young Horizons International Film Festival (former Kids Kino IFF).

    The selected projects (12 films and 14 series) come from 17 countries worldwide, including Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.

    A total of 24 projects in-development and two work-in-progress projects will be pitched during the second and third day of the event.

    Young Horizons is one of the key branches of the New Horizons Association. It is responsible for distributing and supporting high-quality films and series for young audiences. The Young Horizons brand includes several complementary areas: theatrical distribution (Young Horizons Distribution) and online distribution (Young Horizons VOD), film education for preschools and schools (Young Horizons Education), development and promotion of films and series in Poland and across the world (Young Horizons Industry), and the peak event of the year: The Young Horizons International Film Festival.

    Young Horizons Industry is co-financed by the Polish Film Institute, Creative Europe MEDIA sub-programme, the City of Warsaw and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Poland.
