Awards went to Colombia, the USA, Austria, Russia, France, Romania and Slovakia.
The Best Director award went to the well-known American actor Jonah Hill for his directorial debut Mid90s. Hungarian director Kornél Mundruczó received the festival’s laureate award, which was handed out by producer Mátyás Prikler, who often coproduces with Hungary. President of the Festival Milan Lasica’s award for the development of film art in the Czech Republic and abroad went to Slovak actor Štefan Kvietik, whose long career includes many award-winning films such as Juraj Jakubisko’s Venice competition film The Millenial Bee. Kvietik took the award from the hands of his long-time acting colleague Emílie Vášáryová.
