For the first time, ED organised a workshop in partnership with Marrakech International Film Festival. From December 9 to 12, 16 distributors learned more on effective communication in the negotiation process and interpersonal communication.

Cidinet integrated to Cinando
Based on a collaborative and participative approach, this database enables distributors to have access to what their colleagues have developed in other countries for their releases (posters, trailers, figures,…) and to facilitate exchange of material.

12 ED distributors are invited to go to Montreal from February 25-27 and discover the best of Quebec films at les Rendez-Vous Pro du Cinéma Québécois.
Cartoon Movie
This year again, many of you answered to Cartoon Movie's invitation: about 40 distributors from Europa Distribution will attend the top event of animation pitching from March 4 to 6, in Lyon.
Workshop in Sofia
In 2015 we renew our partnership with Sofia International Film Festival. We will focus on audience development in the digital era. The workshop will take place from March 12 to 15 and is already full.
AUSENCIA (awarded in Toulouse 2014) is selected in Berlin
In March 2014, the Distributors and Exhibitors Prize from Cine en Construccion (Toulouse) went to AUSENCIA by Chico Teixera. Our members Carlo Dias (Amstel Film) and Harald Baur (Arsenal Filmverleih) were part of the jury.
Almost a year later, we're glad to learn that AUSENCIA is selected for Berlin's Panorama and congratulate our members for their smart intuition when they discovered the film as a work in progress.
Note that this year again, Cine en Construccion will invite two members from Europa Distribution to award the Distributors and Exhibitors Prize.
