In the series, the focus is on the negotiation group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia. The series provides a glimpse into both their professional and personal lives. Each episode introduces a new perpetrator in dire straits, and the team’s relentless efforts to bring them back from the brink.

Vladimir Ćosić penned the script and Minja Peković, Jovan Belobrković, Dragan Boža Marjanović, Tamara Šustić, Miloš Đorđević play the negotiation team, and the perpetrators are played by Lazar Ristovski, Zoran Cvijanović, Radovan Vujović, Teodora Ristovski and Sergej Trifunović.
