BUCHAREST: Actor Vlad Zamfirescu started shooting his directorial debut feature The Secret of Happiness/Secretul fericirii on 16 August 2015. The film is an independent production from Movie Production Entertainment.

TBILISI: Vakhtang Varazi’s 72-minute documentary Refugee Boat Enguri is in postproduction with the premiere set for spring 2016.

BUCHAREST: Adina Pintilie started shooting her debut feature Touch Me Not/ Nu mă atinge-măon 3 August 2015. The film is a Romanian/German/French/Bulgarian coproduction.

This month we speak to Monica Sebestyen, the owner and manager of Cinema Arta, one of the main venues of Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF). Cinema Arta was built and opened by David Sebesteyn, Monica's great-grandfather, in 1913.
