While headscarfs are now perceived as a threatening flag of so-called Islamic terrorists, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a post-war and post-communist society, young generations of Muslim women increasingly are deciding to wear headscarfs as a free expression of their faith and a rebellion against the capitalistic vision of the liberated woman.
Nejra Latić Hulusić and Sabrina Begović Ćorić wrote the script. The film will have a 90 minute version for theatrical release and a 58 minute version for TV.
