The Co-Production Market category will feature 12 projects from the eleven countries across the Baltics, Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the Ukraine competing for the Eurimages Co-Production Development Award of 20,000 Euros.
Eight Baltic and Nordic projects have been selected for the script and pitch workshop POWR Baltic Stories Exchange, another eight projects and four producers without a project will participate in the B’EST EAVE Producers' Workshop, and 20 projects will be presented in the Works in Progress and Screenings sections.
The Baltic Event takes place in collaboration with Industry@Tallinn of the Black Nights Film Festival. It will also include a selection of panels and roundtables on the current topics of the film industry, as well as a case study of the Estonian/Polish/Dutch coproduction from Homeless Bob Productions, Opus Film and PRPL, Rehepapp (Jesus’s Blood and Red Currants) by Rainer Sarnet.
