GRANTS: Estonia Hands out Grants to 38 Films

    TALLINN: The Estonian Film Institute gave 1,654,400 EUR to 42 films between April and October 2018.

    The largest grant, 381,500 EUR, went to the animated film Sipsik directed by Meelis Arulepp and Karsten Kiilerich. Six grants went to minority coproductions, nine grants went to animated films, 19 grants went to documentaries and four grants were for feature film development. One grant went to a new media project
