Poles Look at AV Training


    WARSAW: The Polish Film Institute (www.pisf.pl) and the Centre for Open Multimedia Education are sponsoring a conference on the situation of audiovisual education in Poland on 23 November 2012.

    The initiative, PEAM (Audiovisual and Media Education Programme), is organizing the conference entitled Audiovisual and Media Education in the World (in comparison with Poland) to explore the subject’s potential, especially in the area of film. The conference will cover the current situation, future plans, and a case study of a successful project in the field.

    The conference will be conducted in Polish and English. The organizers are accepting applications from potential speakers for 20 minute presentations. Applications are open until 15 October.
