The 13-minute episodes are targeted for children from 3 to 6 years old.
The main characters of the series are two detectives – Hip the hippo and a lizard called Hurra. Together they form a detective agency taking on cases related to the mysteries of nature which helps young viewers discover the world of animals, plants, and the laws of physics.
“Hip-Hip & Hurra synthesizes elements of action movies with educational qualities,” said SMF representative, Ewelina Gordziejuk.
The series is produced by Studio Miniatur Filmowych and co-produced by Polish Film Institute, Kino Polska TV S.A., Filmograf, French Planet Nemo and Ar Media S.D.T - Film Sp. Its total budget is 5,061,250 PLN (1,222,022 EUR).
Hip-Hip & Hurra is and will be broadcasted at Kino Polska in Poland and PAKA PAKA TV-channel in Argentina.
