Martin Luther by David Batty
photo: Michalina Rodzińska, Film Commission PolandWARSAW: The British/American coproduction Martin Luther directed by David Batty will complete filming in the Małopolska region on 14 November 2015. No Sugar Films is the executive Polish producer.
PBS commisioned the production from Big Book Media (UK) and Boettcher+Tinklein Inc. (US).
The shoot launched in Małopolska in late October.
The lead role of Martin Luther is played by Padraic Delaney. The crew includes Polish film professionals: set designer Elwira Pluta, costume designer Zuzanna Markiewicz and make-up designer Klaudyna Góralska.
The project received logistic support from Film Commission Poland.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region. The webportal and FNE newswire was chosen as the MAIN TOOL to achieve the network’s objectives of the sharing of know how, visibility of regional cultural diversity and finally the VOICE of the region.
