Decalogue 5, A Short Film About Killing by Krzysztof KieślowskiGDYNIA: The 41st Gdynia Film Festival, which will take place 19-24 September 2016, is honouring the 20th anniversary of the death of Krzysztof Kieslowski with a competition of one minute films with a message.
The competition, which is inspired by Kieslowski’s film Decalogue, will award a first prize of 8,000 PLN, a second prize of 4,000 PLN and a third prize of 2,000 PLN. The competition is open to all forms of film, from animation to mobile phone to 16mm footage.
The deadline for entry is 31 August. The winners will be announced on 23 September during the festival.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region.
