The series follows two families from completely different cultural backgrounds, who are forced to live in the same house. The format is modeled after another highly successful family comedy series Family.pl / Rodzinka.pl, a hit produced and aired by TVP since 2011. "We are not trying to replace Family.pl, but to add to our offer more TV shows in this genre, which are very interesting for our viewers", Marcin Wolski the Director of TVP2 told FNE.

The original script for the show is written by Marek Śledziewski, who is also directing. The show is produced by Anna Jaroch-Okapiec through TVP Film Agency.

The cast includes popular Polish actors: Marek Bukowski, Ewa Szykulska, Tadeusz Chudecki, Piotr Szwedes, Przemysław Furdak, Sebastian Konrad and Marek Frąckowiak.

Shooting launched on 8 August and will wrap by the end of August 2017, with the premiere on TVP2 planned for September 2017.
