Cartoon Springboard's Call for Scholarships

VALENCIA: Cartoon Springboard has opened a call for scholarships for its fifth edition taking place 30 September – 2 October 2019 in Valencia, Spain. Cartoon Springboard is providing a special offer for young filmmakers from low audiovisual production countries.

The offer is available for citizens of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Portugal, the Republic of Serbia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tunisia and the Ukraine.

Projects must be submitted by 25 August. There is no registration fee.

The event is open to young filmmakers who have graduated within the past five years, or will graduate this summer, for TV series, TV specials, feature films and cross-media projects.
