He is editing the script and has started financing the project. The film will be "a love story between two people who shouldn't have met," he told FNE about the script he wrote. Marius Panduru, who worked on If I Want to Whistle, I Whistle/Eu când vreau să fluier, fluier, will be the DOP.

Şerban is producing with Fantascope (site under construction), the company he opened in February 2011. Throught the company, he has created an acting school, Şcoala de Actorie. He also has plans for Fantascope to produce long and schort fiction films, and later move into television series.

Şerban is in discussions with potential Swedish productions partners and he is also open for negotiations with other co-producers. The budget is one million Euro, with 40% already in place. The project received a grant of 194,252 Euro (845,000 RON) from the National Centre for Cinema (www.cncinema.abt.ro) in November 2011.

The dates of shooting and the date of the premiere are to be set, after the casting is in place. As in his previous film, Şerban intends to use professional and non-professional actors. Regardless how much film acting experience they have, they will have to attend an "acting camp" , the director told FNE. The casting will start at the begining of 2012.
