Damjan Kozole won the Vesna Award for best director for Nighlife, which also won three other awards. Vesna Award for best screenplay went to Nebojša Pop Tasić and Olmo Omerzu for the Czech/German/French/Slovenian/Slovak coproduction Family Film

The Audience Award went to Igor Šterk’s Come Along, that also won other awards including the Slovenian Art Cinema Association Award. Vlado Škafar's Mother won the Slovenian Federation of Film Critics Award.
Altogether 98 films (52 in the competition and 46 out of the competition) were screened in Portorož. Ten feature films and four long documentaries competed for the Vesna awards.
