LJUBLJANA: The Slovenian Film Centre announced development and production grants of 837,000 EUR in November 2017. Thirty one projects were selected for co-funding in three categories: audiovisual projects production, short films production and script development.
Twenty nine projects applied for funding for a total amount of 574,000 EUR for the production of audiovisual projects, for the production of short films 30 projects applied for 223,000 EUR and for script development 31 projects applied for 40,000 EUR.
The biggest grant of 64,000 EUR went to the series of 25 short films 50 knjig, ki so nas napisale, directed by Darko Sinko and produced by Vertigo.

The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region.
