GDYNIA: Oscar nominated Polish filmmaker Bartosz Konopka will showcase his new drama The Mute in the main competition of the 43rd Gdynia Film Festival, running from 17 to 22 September 2018. The film is a Polish/Belgian coproduction starring Krzysztof Pieczyński and Karol Bernacki.

WARSAW: Paweł Pawlikowksi’s Cold War has racked up over 800,000 admissions since its release in Poland on 8 June 2018, while Polish WWII fighter pilot drama Squadron 303 is the leading local title for this week with over 500,000 admissions.

GDYNIA: Cold War directed by Paweł Pawlikowski will compete in the main competition of the 43rd Gdynia Film Festival, running from 17 to 22 September 2018. The Cannes awarded film was sold to over 15 countries and had over 750,000 admissions in Poland.

WARSAW: Kino Polska TV Group earned 64 m PLN in sales revenues and almost 36 m PLN of net profit in the first half of 2018. The record revenues for the company come from the Filmbox and Zoom TV channel segment. The Group is one of the leading providers of film channels across the region.
