Transilvania International Film Festival (June 14-24, Cluj-Napoca) is set to host the 11th edition of the Transilvania Pitch Stop (TPS) on June 20. Ten selected projects will be presented in front of a gathering of industry professionals, including producers, distributors, sales agents, and representatives of film funds.

TPS is renowned for its commitment to discovering and nurturing film projects from Romania and its neighbouring countries, particularly those in the Black Sea region. This year's selection continues this tradition, with a strong emphasis on fostering cross-border cooperation and European co-productions. Eligible countries include Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Hungary, Moldova, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Since its inception, TPS has facilitated the development of over 100 projects, many of which have gone on to receive accolades and screenings at major international film festivals.

A highlight of this year's TPS is the involvement of esteemed professionals who will offer personalized guidance to the participating filmmakers. Five of the selected projects will receive tailored script consulting from script editor and film consultant Christian Routh. In addition, all participating projects will benefit from the expertise of Agathe Berman, a renowned pitching consultant and film producer, who will provide coaching to ensure that each pitch is compelling and well-received by potential partners and financiers.
