The 60-minute documentary follows the connection of Goddess Aphrodite with tradition and Christian religion in Cyprus, and examines how this female divinity has affected the arts throughout the centuries. 

This is a Tetraktys Films project and it is the third documentary dedicated to the Goddess produced by the company. The first was Entelechy and the second was The Great Goddess of Cyprus.

Filming is almost complete. The Legacy of the Cypriot Goddess is expected to go into postproduction in 2016, and its release is expected in 2017.

The budget for the documentary is 50,000 EUR.
