The director plans to submit the film as a Cyprus entry to the Venice film festival.

Guilt is at the centre of the film which deals with the Turkish invasion of Cyprus and the island's 50-year old tragedy. The story is seen through the memories of an old man, a former gun dealer, at death's door. During the elderly man's operation we follow, in a kind of nightmare, his own, tumultuous life, revealing his guilty feelings about his country and his often shameful, attitude during the tragic events.

The film is a co-production between Cyprus and Greece.
