Outratová replaces Markéta Císařová who left to pursue film production. She previously worked as Distribution Manager at Taskovski Films and at the distribution company OutCome. 

In a statement Outratová said, “I am very well familiar with issues that directors and producers of documentary films are faced with today. I find the Industry Programme organised by the Jihlava IDFF innovative and practical and I am happy to be able to further develop the programme so it can continue helping with the creation and distribution of notable creative documentary films, not only from Central and Eastern Europe.”
