Santiniho jazyk (Santini´s Language, published in 2005) inspired by the life and architecture of a famous baroque architect Jan Blazej Santini, begins shooting April 1, with a release planned for 2011. Shooting takes place in Prague and on locations in western Bohemia.

Novelist Miloš Urban adapted the movie's screenplay with Tomáš Končinský. David Švehlík plays the main character, a former advertising agent who begins to investigate the origin of mysterious messages written by Baroque architect Santini and hidden in his buildings. The cast includes Czech actors Marek Taclík, Martin Stropnický and Viktor Preiss.

"Miloš Urban´s story of the unique Czech architect Jan Blazej Santini is an amazing, incredible combination of a mystery thriller and almost philosophical essay, using the old, medieval tidings in our modern age of the new Millenium," said producer Kateřina Vilímková from Czech Television.

Tle other movie based on Urban, Sedmikostelí (Seven chruches, published in 1998), should be released in 2012. Pre-production details haven´t been announced, except for confirmation tha Strach will also direct it.
