VILNIUS: Three MIDPOINT programmes will take place in Lithuania 3 – 9 May 2019 presented in partnership with the Lithuanian Film Centre.
The second workshop of MIDPOINT Feature Launch, taking place in Kaunas, brings together nine feature film projects working with script consultants under Head of Studies Danijel Hocevar.
MIDPOINT Shorts will have its final workshop in Kaunas, following an initial workshop in Trieste.
The first MIDPOINT Intensive Lithuania, also held in Kaunas, selected four feature film projects by Lithuanian filmmakers working on their first or second films.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region. The webportal and FNE newswire was chosen as the MAIN TOOL to achieve the network’s objectives of the sharing of know how, visibility of regional cultural diversity and finally the VOICE of the region.
FNE’s objectives include VISIBILITY for the region and AUDIENCES for films by providing a special focus on the region.
