SKOPJE: Macedonian Film Agency will distribute 2,328,780 EUR / 143,490,000 MKD as production grants for feature films, documentaries and animated films in 2016.
Three majority feature films, three minority feature films, five majority long documentaries and one majority long animated film received grants.
The three majority feature films will be directed by Teona S. Mitevska, Kastriot Abdyli and Branko Baletic & Meto Jovanovski. Raško Miljković, Stefan Komandarev and Grigol Abashidze are the directors of the minority feature films. The grants were announced in July 2016.
