Body was awarded Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress (Maja Ostaszewska) and Best Actor (Janusz Gajos, who also received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Polish Film Academy.
The Eccentrics. The Sunny Side of the Street was awarded Best Supporting Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Music and Best Sound. Best Script and Audience Award were given to the second most nominated (seven categories) film of the year, These Daughters of Mine by Kinga Dębska while Agnieszka Smoczyńska was awarded Discovery of The Year for her debut feature The Lure.
Polish Film Award Eagles Gala took place at the Polish Theater in Warsaw on 7 March 2016 and was broadcast by TVP 2.
