Bromski comedy opens strong

    The highly anticipate third part of the comedy series from director Jacek Bromski had one of the strongest opening weekends for local titles in Poland this year.

    U Pana Boga Za Miedzą had a premiere gala on June 15 and was released in cinemas June 19. Vision Film Distribution Company told FNE that 65,982 viewers saw the film during the opening weekend, an impressive result for a Polish title.

    The movie was produced by Studio Filmowe OKO in co-operation with PTV-Film Agency (Telewizja Polska - Agencja Filmowa, www.tvp.pl), The Documentary and Feature Films Studio (www.wfdif.com.pl) and Vision Film Distribution (www.vision.pl) and financing from the Polish Film Institute (www.pisf.pl).
