Script Forum to be held in Warsaw July 12-16

    Script Forum, aimed at film and TV writers as well as authors of computer games, Internet series and stand-up comedians, will be held for the third time from July 12 to 16 in Warsaw.

    The program, which includes workshops, seminars, lectures, debates and the Polish Scriptwriters' Forum, will feature Linda Seger, acclaimed author of ‘Making a Good Script Great.' It will also offer pitching training, followed by the presentation of projects in front of leading Polish producers.

    Script Forum is supported by the Polish Film Institute (www.pfi.pl) and works in cooperation with the Polish Filmmakers Association (www.sfp.org.pl) and Polish Audiovisual Producers Chamber of Commerce (www.kipa.pl); other partners include Mediadesk Poland (www.mediadeskpoland.eu), Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing (www.wajdaschool.pl) and Lawyers Discussion Film Club "Błękit Pruski".

    Script Forum publishes the Polish Scriptwriters Catalogue, a database for film professionals with contact details of writers and descriptions of projects available for commission.
