New Round for SERIES' WOMEN Programme Organised by Erich Pommer Institut

    POTSDAM: The Erich Pommer Institut (EPI) has opened applications for its programme SERIES' WOMEN and it is also announcing its upcoming events.

    If you are a woman who produces exciting series projects and is wondering how to best launch them in the European film industry, you should apply for SERIES' WOMEN, a programme dedicated to enhancing the visibility and influence of female producers and female-driven projects within the industry.

    ​​​​​The programme starts in November 2024 with the first workshop. You can apply till 16 September 2024.

    On 4 June 2024 at 17:00 (CEST), Akira Martins, founder of the Brazilian production company Rodô and MBA student of the European Film Business and Law LL.M. | MBA, together with lecturer Katharina Domnick, LL.M., lawyer at Brehm & v. Moers, will give you an insight into what you can expect from the contents and benefits of the executive master programme European Film Business and Law LL.M. | MBA.     Production manager Jonas Sticherling from ARD degeto and Green Producer Fabian Joest will share their insights on environmentally friendly film production in the EU during the online seminar Green Production: Regulatory Update ​​​​​​​& ​​​​​​Funding Requirements, which will be held on 18 June, 14:00-18:00 (CEST).     If you are a game developer wondering how to market your products, or a marketing expert looking to enter the games industry, you can apply early bird till 2nd June 2024 for the Play, Promote, Publish workshop, which will be held in July in Berlin and in October 2024 online. Head of Studies Ruth Lemmen has put together an intensive and instructive programme with topics ranging from audience targeting and community building to PR and (Social Media) communication to self-publishing.
