{mosimage}The 90 minute black and white documentary is a Romanian-German coproduction produced by Thomas Ciulei and Europolis Film (website under construction) together with Heino Deckert and ma.ja.de (www.majade.de), with the support of ARTE (www.arte.tv), Romanian National Television (www.tvr.ro), Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung (www.mdm-online.de), CNC România (www.cncinema.abt.ro), Der Deutsche Filmförderfonds (www.ffa.de) and Eurimages (www.coe.int).

The budget is €350.000, Ciulei told FNE. Shooting took place in late 2009 and early 2010.
