More Slovak films will be introduced in the special section In the House, including Nina directed by Juraj Lehotský, which will have its official world premiere at the Toronto IFF. The film was produced by Punkchart films in coproduction with endorfilm, the Czech Television, Lehotsky Film, RTVS and sentimentalfilm.
Highly expected is also DOGG, a portmanteau film directed by Jonáš Karásek, Slávo Zrebný, Vilo Csino and Enrik Bistik, and produced by Azyl Production in coproduction with HomeMedia Production.
More than 100 films will be screened in eight venues. During its last year's edition, Cinematik attracted more than 13,000 cinemagoers.
