Film Synopsis:
In March 2013, Cyprus became the first Eurozone member state to be subjected to a bail-in on deposits, as a means to rescue the island’s problematic banks. Depositors of the two largest banks of the island experienced a dramatic haircut of their life savings. In this documentary, seven stories emerge from the black hole of the banks.
