How to answer the essential question: What is my film really about? - and turn your personal motivation into a creative and strategic asset?
A pitching trailer is more than a teaser - it’s a strategic storytelling tool that can make or break your presentation. But how do you craft one that truly works?
How do you capture the essence of your documentary while convincing decision-makers and partners?
What is essential to include - and what should be left out?
How long is long enough? When is voice-over your friend (and when does it hurt)?
What can you show if you’re still in early development?
How do you balance story, emotion, and style to spark real interest?
What are the most common pitfalls - and how can you avoid them?
Join us for the session with Kasia Boniecka, recognised film editor, who will unpack the nuts and bolts of creating a pitching trailer that persuades and inspires. After her introduction, the floor will open for Q&A - your chance to ask questions, exchange experiences, and take away practical tips.
Don't miss the opportunity to get direct feedback and inspiration.
