Tomorrow at PÖFF: Discover Your Next Distribution Partner
    21 November | 11:30–13:00 (EET) | Tallinn

Think the streaming world begins and ends with the big players? Think again.
Tomorrow at Industry @ Tallinn & Baltic Events, Wendy Bernfeld (Rights Stuff) teams up with EPI to reveal the hidden landscape of indie film buyers in "Beyond the Usual Suspects: Who ELSE is Out There Buying Indie Film in International Digital".
She goes beyond just the ‘Big Globals’ (Netflix / Amazon types), to focus on other mainstreamers/ regional competitors (including telecom, cable, OTT); as well as more targeted complementary streamers, ie those who buy to program for specific themes, niches, genres, audiences. She then provides some pragmatic tips on matchmaking, how to reach the platforms, pitch slant, and approaches/deals via middlepersons, DIY or ‘hybrid’.

Planning to join the session? EPI's Dina Rubanovitš will be there too, eager to meet workshop participants and discuss EPI's latest initiatives. It's the perfect chance to expand your network and explore new collaborative possibilities!
