New Platforms, New Politics is a development program for documentary professionals aiming at more than producing a documentary in itself. This development program will set focus on social and political impact as well as using documentary filmmaking as part of a bigger campaign and cause oriented strategy across different platforms.

Second Planet. Directors Chris Reuter and Markus Schafer. Producer Patrick M. Müller, Docmine, Switzerland
The Greek Children Of The GDR. Director Thanasis Karanikolas. Producer Pari Garvanos, Polarlicht Filmproduktion, Greece
Paradise Lost. Directors Gerasimos Rigas & Vladimir Levidis. Time Lapse, Greece

The development of the participating projects will be done working in groups under the guidance of experienced tutors. The projects' potential will be unfolded, film and production approaches will be developed, ideas turned upside down and strategies for the further work will be completed.
