Dear friends of documentary film,

Submissions are now open for the 18th Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival 2014, celebration of creative documentary film and the largest event of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe, taking place on October 23 – 28 in the Czech Republic. We approach documentary films primarily as unique artworks dealing with significant topics. Detailed information about the festival programme can be found here.

You can submit your documentary films or experimental documentaries until the following deadlines:

for films produced in 2013: April 30, 2014

for films produced in 2014: June 30, 2014

You can also submit a rough cut of your film until July 31, 2014.
