Works in Progress showcases promising projects currently in production or post-production and seeking sales agents or festival premieres.
Projects will be presented from November 19 to 20, 2026 in Tallinn in the following sections:
- Just Film (children and youth film projects)
- Baltic Event Works in Progress (Baltic and Finnish projects)
- International Works in Progress
We are looking for full-length fiction or animation films, or live action animated films, meant for theatrical distribution with potential for the international market.

EMERGING PRODUCERS - JOIN THE BREAKING INTO THE INDUSTRY WORKSHOP
Breaking Into the Industry: Mentorship Programme for Aspiring Producers is a unique initiative tailored for Industry@Tallinn &; Baltic Event, guided by the distinguished industry veteran Katriel Schory.
The programme blends plenary sessions, one-on-one mentorship, and interactive industry events to cover various aspects of being a creative producer, from sourcing compelling stories to mastering the development process and refining leadership strategies.
The programme's core focus addresses the critical question every professional in the field faces: how to strategize, sustain, and scale up your company (and yourself) in a highly chaotic and constantly changing industry.

TALLINN INDUSTRY ACADEMY IS LOOKING FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN FILM CIRCULATION
Tallinn Industry Academy is an intensive training programme designed to train and support young film industry professionals working specifically in the area of independent film circulation, including online and traditional distribution, sales, film marketing, exhibition, promotion and festival programming, among others. The workshop serves as a gateway for a new generation of professionals entering the independent film industry, fostering their development, helping them better understand the industry's challenges, and expanding their networks.
Workshops are primarily suited for young professionals working with boutique markets, who are interested in improving their skills and expanding their network of contacts in the fields of sales, marketing, distribution, exhibition, and programming/curating.
The workshop takes place in person from 15 to 20 November in Tallinn.

TV BEATS SCREENINGS SUBMISSIONS FOR DRAMA SERIES IS NOW OPEN
TV Beats Screenings offers presenting teams the opportunity to screen their series, connect with broadcasters, financiers, sales agents, commissioning partners, and other potential collaborators, and arrange targeted industry meetings.
Participants of the TV Beats Screenings will have the opportunity to screen one episode of their series to an audience with a Q&A following the screening, and have meetings with industry professionals during their stay in Tallinn. In 2026, the TV Beats Screenings dates are November 15–17.

SUBMIT YOUR BALTIC DRAMA SERIES - TV BEATS COMING SOON CALL IS OPEN
TV Beats Coming Soon from the Baltics showcases high-quality drama series projects from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania with international co-production, sales, and distribution potential.
The programme selects one series from each Baltic country that is in an advanced stage of development or production, with one episode or extracts from the episode ready for screening while still seeking additional co-production, financing, and distribution partners. Participants will have the opportunity to pitch their projects at the TV Beats Forum to the audience of international co-producers, sales agents, distributors and commissioning editors; to screen one episode of their series (if available) in a cinema, and have meetings with industry professionals during their stay in Tallinn.
Coming Soon from the Baltics dates are November 16-17, 2026.

LAB FOR PRODUCERS (3–4 December).
The programmes focus on business skills, professional development and future-oriented practices, guided by ISI's core values of quality, collaboration, sustainability, inclusion and innovation.
