Krakow, 2^nd February 2009 - Only 10 days left to submit films for 49^th Krakow Film Festival.

49^th edition of the festival - one of the oldest and most recognizable European film events concerning documentary and short films - is going to take place from 29^th May to 4^th June 2009. The Organizers accept the newest, international and Polish, productions for three competition sections:

• National competition (for short fictions and animations up to 30 minutes and documentaries up to 60 minutes long)

• International Competition (for short fictions and animations up to 30 minutes and documentaries up to 60 minutes long)

• Feature-length Documentary Competition (for documentaries at least 60 minutes or more)

Only the films completed after 1^st January 2008 may be submitted to the selection. Deadline is on 11^th February 2009.

At the same time the submissions for the Krakow Film Market can be made. Organizers accept films produced in 2008 and 2009: animations and short fictions up to 45 minutes and documentaries with no limit of running time.
