"Films from Gdynia" section will include a documentary which presents fascinating work of scientists from the Hel Marine Station who are trying to restore seals to the Polish coast. First production of Marcin Bortkiewicz entitled Early Learning was subsidized by the City of Gdynia and Culture Centre in Gdynia and was awarded by the Jury of 49th Kraków Film Festival.
Young Cinema on 34th PFF
This year Young Cinema Competition is organized for the third time on Polish Film Festival. We have received a record number of applications. Among 38 films, 22 are debuts of young cinematographers. Undoubtedly, we are going to experience an interesting rivalry between artists who may create Polish cinema in the next few years.
