{mosimage}Dutch director/writer Richard Raaphorst has begun filming the horror movie Frankenstein's Army in the Czech Republic.
The WWII era film has the Russian army uncovering a Nazi lab working to reproduce experiments from Dr. Frankenstein's journals to create an army of super-soldiers.
The Dutch-U.S. film is produced by Dark Sky Films, Pellicola, and XYZ Films and will be distributed by UK's Momentum Pictures. The producers include Nick Jongerius, Daniel Koefoed, Tood Brown, and Derek Curl.
The cast includes Czech star Karel Roden.
