The online film site DAFilms is screening the world premieres of the 17 short documentaries competing for the award this year.

Among the competitors are just two films from CEE territories - Lithuania's Less than Three / 3 by Jore Janaviciute, and Czech Republic's The Neighbors by Martin Buril – alongside a hefty contingent of Asian and American films and a few more exotic locales.

Voters can log in to the DAFilms website to view the films and cast their votes until midnight 22 October (Central European time). The winning films will be announced at the opening ceremony of the festival and will receive an in-kind award of distribution and promotion on DAFilm.com valued at 3,000 EUR.
