Over 300 suppliers are expected to attend the 2011 events, representing TV, pay-TV, mobile networks, and alternative content distribution platforms. The DISCOP staff is available to assist attendees in arranging meetings.
DISCOPRO, which takes place in Budapest's landmark Gerbaud Cafe, takes on the theme "New Frontiers for Green Television Content." Topics to be covered include formats, documentaries, and spotlights on China and Turkey.
DISCOP Budapest will have especially strong presence of buyers from Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary, with Croatia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Romania also well represented, among some 600 buyers from over 40 countries already confirmed. Expect to see sellers from CEE as well, with content providers from countries as diverse as Lithuania, Slovenia, and Turkey.
